RECIPE: Butter Chicken

How to Do? 1.       Marinate the chicken for an hour 2.       Fry sampai brownish in non-stick frying pan. Angkat, letak jauh-jauh dulu 3.       Panaskan kuali with butter. Tumis chilli & curry leaves sampai wangi 4.       Masukkan susu cair & masak sampai mendidih 5.       Masukkan cheese 6.       Masukkan chicken powder (I prefer norr’s), pepper, salt and sugar secukup rasa 7.       Masukkan ayam tadi, masak seketika kerana tepung yang ditabur pada ayam tu akan pekatkan kuah tersebut. 8. Masak sampai puas hati. Siap! Bismillah, makan ;)

RECIPE: Famous Amous Cookies

Ingridients: 1 ½ cup of brown sugar 1 cup of of butter (buttercup) 1 cup of cooking oil 1 egg 4 cups of flour (tepung gandum)* Little bit salt (secubit je) 1 tea spoon of ‘cream of tatar’* 1 tea spoon of baking soda* ½ cup walnut (cincang) 2 cup of semisweet chocolate chip 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence The one with (*) need to ‘ayak’ first   How to do? 1.       Pukul brown sugar, butter, cooking oil, susu and vanilla sampai sebati. (guna mixer lagi senang-with slow speed & takpayah lama sgt). 2.       adunan tu memang lembik. Sudukan satu sudu kecil and put on dulang pembakar. 3.       Bagi space sikit sbb cookies tu akan mengembang. (lol) – no need to put grease dkt dulang tuu 4.       Bakar with temperature 350F(175C) dalam 10 to 15 minutes – atau sehingga masak depends on your oven jugak 5.       After the cookies become brownish, angkat dan sejukkan di atas redai before letak di dalam air-tight container. 6.

RECIPE: Shark Fin Soup (Without Shark Fin ^_^ )

Ingredients (for soup): 1.       10 pcs of squid (minced) 2.       10 pcs of shrimp (minced) 3.       10 pcs of crab stick (minced) 4.       Soun (segenggam) 5.       2 pcs of egg 6.       1 litre of water 7.       ½ spoon of white pepper 8.       6 spoon of tepung jagung   Ingredients (bahan-bahan perasa) 1.       3 spoon of minyak bijan 2.       3 spoon of fish sauce 3.       1 tea spoon of vinegar 4.       2 pcs of chicken cube 5.       Little bit of kicap percik How to Do? 1.       Boil the water. Put all the bahan perasa. (boleh tambah apa yang tak cukup) 2.       Let it boil. Pecahkan 2 telur. Mix the eggs and angkat mangkuk telur about sejengkal dr periuk. Tuang sikit-sikit with tangan satu lg kacau soup dgn laju without stop. 3.       Masukkan all other ingredients. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung, kacau sampai pekat. 4.       Masukkan soun. Stir for 3 minutes. Tutup api. 5.       Don

RECIPE: Yee Mee Sizzling

Ingredients: 2 gulung of yee mee 300g of chicken (potong kecil-kecil) 4 cups of dry mushrooms (rendam sampai kemang kayy) ½ cut of carrot (sama jgk. Potong kecil-kecil) 4 helai of lettuce 5 tangkai of chilli kering (potong dlm 1 inch) 1 inch of ginger 3 pcs of garlic (minced) 3 spoons of kicap pekat 2 spoons of oyster sauce 1 cup of water 2 pcs eggs A spoon of tepung jagung (mix with water) 1 spoon of pepper 2 spoons of cooking oil Salt (if needed) How to Do? 1.       Tumis garlic, dry chilli 2.       Put everything , tunggu sampai mendidih 3.       And bila kuah tu dah pekat sikit, tutup api 4.       Bila nak makan, baru letak yee mee dkt dalam 5.       Done. Makan jgn lupa Bismillah 😉
