ROTI DAGING BERKEJU ABAM ALAM BAHAN-BAHAN untuk inti: 300gm daging cincang or daging burger 4 keping yg dihancurkan (tapi kalau nak daging lebih, tambah la lagi takde siapa marah) garlic 2 ulas bawang besar 1 biji perencah daging black paper maggi 1/2 packet air (sikit jee, jangan banyak2) benda standard; garam dan gula minyak. tak de minyak mcm mana nak masak roti 12 keping telur 3 biji susu fresh milk 200ml cheese slice 8 keping (nak lebih, tambah ikut suka) cheddar cheese yg diparut sayur ikut suka, nak letak boleh taknak letak pun boleh PROCEDURE tumis bawang dulu (benda basic, kalau tumis pun taktau.. haihh sorry bro tak dapat tolong). bila bawang yg ditumis dah layu, masukkan daging cincang selepas itu, masukkan black pepper gaulkan. bila dah sebati dan muncul rasa puas hati, mohon tutup api dan ketepikan buat sementara waktu (sama mcm ex anda ketepikan anda dulu) ambil bekas lain dan bancuh telur bersama fresh mil

Lokallah Food Fest 2017

Salam semua. Harini kita nak cerita sikit pasal makanan.  Pesta Makanan Lokal Kemaman 2017 … kalau diingat balik memang aku tak puas hati sangat… bukan tak puas hati sebab penganjuran tu tp sebab hari kejadian tu aku takde duit… sampai hari ni aku rasa terkilan sbb tak dpt melayan nafsu makan aku kat sana hari tu… Bayangkan laaaa…  beratus menu makanan setempat disediakan t api aku mampu jamah beberapa jer… Grrrr…. Pesta makanan ni sempena majlis pemasyuran Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman yang ke berapa ntah tapi aku amik port pasal makanan tu je. hehehe. Orang malam tu memang ramai bak hang memang pack macam sardin dah. Kemaman ni pesta pesta macam ni memang ramai la datang. Nak parking saje dah dekat sejam. Memang menyirap gak ah darah anak muda la katakan, tapi nasib baik ramai gadis gadis pantai timur yang menyejukkan hati ni, orang ganu kata "awek comey".... hahahaha  Kalau nak tahu pesta ni sebenarnya gabungan dari peniaga peniaga tempatan kawasan kemam

One with Nature

So this is like an annually, sometimes monthly or sometimes weekly (depends on our schedule, and $$ ofcourse) activity for my boys back in Sarawak. Not so special, just some monkeys spending some nights in the hutan.  I'll just share with you guys with one of my trip from Miri to Long Bedian. It took 5-6 hours of driving, yes an hour or two of driving on the road, proper road, tar road, next 3 to 4 hours off road. It is situated in the Apoh Tutoh, region of the Baram district, Miri division. The majority here is Kayan with a mix of Kelabit, Kenyah, Morek, Penan and other smaller tribes. Old is gold Asal on the way kalau dalam hutan, everyone in the car mesti buka mata besar. Why? Wild boar, musang, biawak, python (the short one, we call it "Ripung") anything edible. Few days back, my family and I went for a short getaway, an unplanned one from the city. We choose Kuala Selangor for the holiday. At first, I think it will not be so enjoyable as there is no catchy place for the holiday. I was dead wrong. It is an enjoyable one. Using Trivago, I book a homestay called Wasalfa Rest House somewhere near Sungai Sembilang, Jeram. After negotiating, I dapat RM200 per night. Can be considered cheap as the facility offered over there is quite intimidating.           Last month, my friends and I went for food hunting at Masjid Tanah, Melaka. At first, we didn't find the place but after that the people who lived near that place showed us where the Burger Bakar stall.            There are a lot of menu at the Burger Bakar stall. We can even have Western food such as Sweddish Meatballs. There is also "Otak-otak". "NASI MINYAK"
