Aside from democracy state applied by the government, it does not really going on in the era of Putin, he seems to rule with the autocracy style as his term before becoming the Russian president is to reconstruct and impoverished Russia. Other than economy part, Putin also declare the Republic of Cechnya and Ukrine who previously part of the  soviet union state rule by Russia to be powered back by the government. In other means he declared a war to prompt a secured power over those independent countries.

Putin also introduce the 'second edition' of the American and British political system by dividing the countries area into 7 parts known as ''sovereign democracy''. By doing this, Putin may gain the right to dismiss heads of 89 federal subjects making he is the sole ruler over almost anything. Despite been criticised by my independent Russian media outlets and western commentators as anti-democratic, Putin still choose as a favourite president until  now due to increment growth of economic, industrial, and financial crisis handled by him successively.
