Have you already seen The Avengers or either Captain America movies? If yes, then you probably be amazed of how Captain America or Steven Rogers leading an army even though he just a normal human in the beginning but becoming superhuman after being experimented on. After falling in deep long slumber, he then become the leader of remarkable people in Avengers.

1.HAS MORAL CENTER
Captain America's sense of right and wrong is a personality trait, rather than something he is striving to achieve. Though he is often presented with moral dilemmas, he always tries to do the right thing, even doing so is difficult. Even though there are some people in his team that are far smarter and stronger than him, they still trust Captain America because they believe by doing so, they feel more certain that they will be doing the right thing, too.

2.STANDS FOR SOMETHING
Since he become Captain America in 1941 s, he has been known as a person who embodies what is best about United States, traits such as individualism, justice and fairness. Even though his costume is based upon the U.S. flag, Captain America is not a 'my country right or wrong' flag waver. When the U.S. government falls short of its ideals, Captain America is the first to oppose it.

3.SHUNS THE LIMELIGHT
For a famous guy who wears a costume that is immediately recognizable everywhere, Captain America is surprisingly modest. You never see or him doing a victory dance or spiking the ball at the end of a winning play. Quite the contrary. When not on duty, Captain America seeks to be anonymous, to blend into the woodwork. And he is always generous in his praise of the team, while minimizing his own contributions.

4.PROTECTS HIS TEAM
Captain America's main weapon is a shield, so it is not weird when he always uses to shield and protect his team members, as well as innocent people. As example, in the movie Captain America : Civil War, he committed to protect his old comrade even though it bring great danger to himself and everyone else.

5.ADAPTS TO STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Whether he is leading human soldiers or superhuman heroes, Captain America figures out who is likely to succeed at a given task and makes job assignments accordingly. As example, when he giving order to Hulk by saying 'Hulk Smash!'. This requires understanding of limitations as well as capability. He does not expect Hawkeye to fly or punch through brick walls.
