Frozen Sea

So, I went to Dalian for discharging operation. That time was on early of January. It was very cold and I cant feel my hand,feet and my nose. The weather was so cold that all the water inside the Breakwater frozen. And I was frozen to death. The cargo that we brought also need to be heated up. When I was doing Ullaging with the surveyor by using UTI equipment, the moment I remove the UTI, I can see that the equipment has crystal on it which means it frozen already.
