What We Can Learn From Tony Stark?

Of course everyone knows Tony Stark a.k.a. Ironman. A genius, billionaire, playboy who fights crime, runs his father's business (Stark Industries) and also the master mind of Marvel's Avengers. But did anyone noticed or even learned something from him, took any good examples from him in the movies on how he leads his team both in the business he runs and the Avengers? Of course we've noticed something about his leadership but it's hard to put them into words. I'll help you with that a little

1. Go for your goal, choose your mission
- Anything goes wrong, Tony dares to fight back for what's right. He'll declare any changes that he thought will be the right decision. A good leader picks a mission, goes straight towards his goal, and fights with it, stands by it. A great leader has the integrity to find a noble cause and see it through.

2. Sticks With Your Mission
- Tony is a man of his words. Once he declare something, he'll do something about it. He'll take action by himself too. He became the Ironman when he knows that his company has not been sticking to his promises. He stopped the chaos, ended the destruction that Stark Industries has caused. A good leader believes in his mission and goals, and fights til he accomplishes it.

3. Be Responsible in Everything You Do
-  genius, billionaire, playboy etc., probably viewers will only notice these from Tony, but did you realize that he took responsible for what have happened to his company. He ended the apocalypse. He took responsibility and ended the production of weapon manufacturing. A good leader is socially responsible and ensure that his organizations are too.

4. Always Improve
- From the 1st movie of the Ironman til the latest appearance of the Ironman, Tony was observed in building more of his armor suits. The Ironman's suit has evolved many times since Tony invented it. He knows that there will be more challenges to come and he won't be able to rely on the same suit, so he created more of them. He added more features, improve the capabilities of the suit. Like Tony, a good leader will never satisfied. He'll always find a way to improve and be better and efficient.
